All users are, by default, assigned to a specific server. We have servers both in the US and the EU/UK. If you experience slow speeds you can move your account over to another server automatically. More information within the UserCP Panel.

- Limits are as follows:

• Netload @ 250GB/day
• Filepost and Freakshare @ 5GB/day
• Uploaded.to @ 8GB/day
• Turbobit @ 15GB/day
• Bitshare @ 50GB/day

- All other hosts have NO download limits.
- Account sharing is strictly forbidden. Accounts in violation of this rule will be terminated immediately.
- Our service should not be used to remote upload files to other filehosts. Accounts in violation of this rule will be terminated immediately.
- We only provide conditional refunds within 14 days of confirmed payment.
